Dr. Roz originally reached out to us in June of 2023 looking for someone to help them with SEO on their site. She didn’t immediately start working with us because she was using someone in the office to work on the site. In May of 2024, they decided they were ready to move forward with services. They had issues with a vulnerability on the site and needed us to host and maintain the site. We removed malicious malware from the site and fixed the issues they were dealing with. Once we had removed the malware, we began running SEO on the site. Their site immediately responded to our efforts. Part of the reason for this is that they had been infected for an undetermined amount of time. Once Google realized they were no longer a threat, their rankings drastically improved.
